Items must not have been used or worn.

Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service representative.
Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are our first priority, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds will only be issued if an exchange is not possible.
Exceptions
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
